The Rules
- Reels must be 30–60 seconds, creative, positive, and energetic — no monotone readings into a camera.
- You can pick a script above, remix it, or come up with your own idea entirely.
- Friends can collaborate! Everyone active on screen gets credit — each person submits their own hours sheet.
- Reels must be school-appropriate and meet QPEF content standards to be approved.
- Hours sheets will be signed only after reel review and approval.
How to Submit

Make your reels on your own time — solo or with friends.

Email all reel files + a scanned copy of your service hours sheet to literacy@quirkypickle.com

QPEF will review, approve, and sign your hours sheet. You’ll hear back within a reasonable turnaround.

Approved reels will be posted across QPEF’s Instagram, Facebook, website, and other platforms.

By submitting reels and participating in this program, students and their guardians acknowledge that submitted videos may be used publicly by the Quirky Pickle Education Foundation (QPEF) across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, the QPEF website, and other public-facing channels. Participation and submission of materials constitutes consent for this use. No additional compensation beyond community service credit will be provided.
